when i load vista beta 2 i am greeted with a blank screen after its booted. i can get the screen to work if i boot in low resolution mode (via F8 at startup), but when i try to change over to a higher resoultion or to 256 colour instead of 8bit i get a blank screen. im running a packard bell c3300 laptop (standard fittings except for increased RAM. any ideas?

blank screens
Probably a video card or video driver issue. I tried searching Packard Bell for the specs of your computer but " c3300" is not recognized, at least on their global site, and they have no search function anywhere else hat I could find. Try going to the vendor of your video card and seeing if they have a Vista-specific video driver. If not, try contacting Packard Bell.
